What type of service do you need?  (If you are moving/disconnecting/upgrading existing service or cancelling an order for service, please choose the service type below and select the appropriate order type.)

• Circuit with Sprint LD Backbone Access (ATM, FRASI, FRANI)
  
  
• Circuit without Sprint LD Backbone Access LOCAL SERVICE ONLY, do not require Sprint LD for Interlata connectivity or Internet Access. (Frame Relay, Transparent LAN Services {TLS}, ATM, FRASI)
  

12 month renewal form for existing NWV DS1 & DS3 circuits with Sprint LD backbone access.

If you have a NWV DS1 or DS3 connection with Sprint LD backbone access you can commit to an additional 12 month term and receive a lower monthly rate for your service.   Please click here to take advantage of these rates.  For more information and contract rates, go to Service Agreements and view the Sprint and the Verizon/Bell Atlantic Service Agreements.   Sprint Contract Modification #10 specifically addresses the new terms and prices, but all terms and conditions of the NetworkVirginia Contract apply.
