If you download the order form, fax copies of the completed form to Sprint, Verizon/Bell Atlantic, and Virginia Tech. If you experience difficulty retrieving any of the information above or have other questions you may contact Vicki Wright at 540-231-3300 for assistance.
Important: Be sure to read and understand the Network Service Agreements including all contract modifications prior to ordering service. The order form includes a space for an authorized signature indicating you have read these documents.
