Important: Be sure to read and understand the Network Service Agreements including all contract modifications prior to ordering service. The order form includes a space for an authorized signature indicating you have read these documents.
What type of order do you need to place?
- Cancel previously placed order (this option only applicable if new circuit has not been installed)
- Request due date change for an existing order
12 month renewal for circuits installed prior to June 22, 2000
- If you have a NWV DS1, DS3, or OC3 connection that was installed prior to June 22, 2000 you can commit to an additional 12 month term and receive a lower monthly rate for your service. Sprint Contract Modifications # 5 and # 7 and Verizon/Bell Atlantic Contract Modification #4 are the contract modifications that specifically address the new terms and prices, but all terms and conditions of the NetworkVirginia Contract apply.
