Welcome to the NetworkVirginia electronic service ordering system. Listed below is a description of the electronic ordering process and instructions for each section.
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, please make sure you have read and understand the agreements with Sprint and Verizon/Bell Atlantic which govern this service. You must sign a statement on the order confirmation form indicating you have done this. These agreements can be reviewed at Service Agreements.
There are two sections in the electronic ordering system-the order confirmation section and the service order section. Please review the directions below carefully prior to beginning the order process.
IMPORTANT: Order forms received without an order confirmation form will be discarded.
Directions for completing this form are as follows:
- Click on the link to the order confirmation form at the bottom of this page.
- Complete the order confirmation form.
- From your web browser, print the order confirmation form.
- Click on the link to the service order form at the bottom of the order confirmation form.
- From your web browser, print the service order form. It will be useful when completing the next section.
- When you are ready to submit your order, sign and fax the order confirmation form to the three contacts listed on the form.
In the service order form section, you will be asked to complete specific information pertaining to your site and Network Virginia requested services. It is important to complete this form as accurately as possible to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner. Note that some fields are required and are marked as such.
IMPORTANT: The ordering party should have faxed the order confirmation form to the appropriate parties before submitting this form.
Directions for completing this form are as follows:
- Complete the copy of the service order form that you printed in the previous section.
- If you are still on the service order form in your web browser, complete the form. If not, you may return to the service order form by following steps 1 and 4 from the previous section.
- Once the form has been completed, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form. If the service order was successfully submitted, you will receive a message advising you it was successful and you should be contacted within 48 hours. If you receive any error messages, please check to make sure you have completed all required fields. No order form will be submitted if you received errors.
At this point, you have completed the electronic service ordering process. You should be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of this order.
