Verizon/Bell Atlantic Service Agreement and Amendments

The Vision Alliance, an association of Virginia local exchange companies represented by Verizon/Bell Atlantic-Virginia, was awarded a contract for providing local access and intralata ATM services.

Frame Relay Network Interworking (FRANI) and Frame Relay Service Interworking (FRASI) provide Frame Relay access to NetworkVirginia services. Frame Relay access services are adapted to ATM within the service providers' facilities to provide transport across the NetworkVirginia backbone.

Add flexiable Custom Data Services.  Remove Full Service UNI (Addendum 1) and Addendum 6) and incorporate under Addendum 8.
