FAQ:

1) How can I take advantage of Sprint's new lower rates?

If you are an existing NetworkVirginia customer you can fill out a Sprint renewal form to take advantage of Sprint's reduced rates for DS1 and DS3 service.

2) When will the renewal go into effect?

It will take approximately 30 days from the date requested for the renewal rates to be reflected in billing.

3)  Will my renewal be honored for 12 months even though the Sprint contract could expire on June 13, 2008?

Sprint will honor renewals for at least 1 year regardless of expiration dates on the NetworkVirginia contract.  The Sprint contract can be renewed annually through June 13, 2013 unless either Party (VT or Sprint) notifies the other Party of its intent to terminate this Agreement.  For more information about the Sprint contract view the contract and it's amendments under Service Agreements.

4) How can I find out what my Sprint Customer number is?

Sprint customers numbers can be found on your Sprint invoice.
